1 DELIVERY & SHIPPING

1.1 What are the delivery times?

For most products: ordered before 22:00, delivered the next day. However, there are also products with a longer delivery time. The delivery time is indicated per product. We also do everything we can to deliver your packages on time around the holidays. However, please note that it can sometimes take longer due to the crowds, so order on time.

1.2 What are the delivery times of a custom beanie?

Depending on how busy we are and the season, this usually takes 2-3 weeks.

1.3 What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €6.95 in the Netherlands and Belgium. You pay this contribution for processing and delivering your order. Do you order for €75 or more? Then we will pay these costs for you.

1.4 What if I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Please check the returns page for the returns procedure.

1.5 How can I change my delivery address?

After you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. We advise you to first contact the residents of the address where the package is being sent. If this does not work, you can send an email to: info@poederbaas.com .

2 HATS

2.1 Can I also create my own Poederbaas hat?

Yes, definitely, besides the standard Poederbaas collection it is also possible to compose your own 'custom made' Poederbaas. Go to the custom made page for this.

2.2 What is a Poederbaas hat made of?

Almost all of our beanies & headbands are made of acrylic. Our caps are made of cotton.

2.3 How do I wash my Poederbaas hat?

2.4 Can you make my Poederbaas hat bigger or smaller if it doesn't fit?

When ordering a custom made beanie, make sure to measure your head size ( see page Instructions ) to avoid this problem. We then work hard to ensure that a Poederbaas fits ( see page sales conditions ).

3 CANCELLATION & PAYMENT

3.1 How can I cancel my order?

After you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to cancel your order yourself. You can contact us via info@poederbaas.com, if this is still in time we can still cancel your order. Otherwise you can return the product to Poederbaas.

3.2 Is my online payment safe?

Your online payment is processed by Payment Service Provider ICEPAY. ICEPAY enables online payment in this webshop by offering online payment methods such as iDEAL and PayPal and ICEPAY handles the processing of your transaction.
