Doberdol is located on the remote Subliva plateau, in northern Albania at an altitude of 1800 meters. Here, mountain ridges and peaks ranging from 2200 to 2500 meters surround our terrain, perfect for Catskiing. With five full days of Catskiing, spread over six days, an unforgettable experience awaits you. WHAT DOES THE TRIP LOOK LIKE?

This 8-day trip begins with a flight to Pristina (Kosovo). We will be picked up there and spend the night in a guesthouse in Peja. The next day starts with a relaxed breakfast in the town of Peja, after which we drive by 4×4 to Albania. It is a rugged drive through a gorge towards the snowline, where the snowcat awaits. The snowcat drives over a mountain pass and then descends to the plateau where the lodge is located. Afterwards, a safety briefing is given, and we might even do the first few runs. The following days are entirely dedicated to freeriding in the amazing area around the lodge.

Freeride Albania and Epique

Explore the pristine wilderness of Albania with Freeride Albania, Europe’s most exciting new catski destination, in collaboration with Epique. Located "in the middle of nowhere," far off the beaten path, this unique location offers an unforgettable experience in one of the most remote areas of the Balkans.

Doberdol, 25 kilometers from the nearest paved road, is only accessible via a rugged route in the summer. Our catskis are essential for transporting guests and supplies, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the untouched wilderness. This isn't just freeriding; this is an epic journey into the unknown, where adventure and humility come together for an experience that will broaden your horizons and make your heart race. Accommodation

The guesthouse, currently under construction, offers a perfect starting and ending point at an altitude of 1800 meters. Designed for exclusive use by a maximum of 12 guests, it guarantees a unique experience with only one group on site. In winter, we share Deberdol with active huts and accommodations, but in winter, we have the place to ourselves. The new guesthouse features four bedrooms, each with three beds, occupied by two or three guests. The kitchen and common area are located on the ground floor. There are also several single room options available right next to the guesthouse in cozy external cabins. These have separate shared sanitary facilities.
