Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.
For all our products: order before 9:00 PM, shipped the same day. Your order will usually be delivered the next day, but this depends on how busy DHL is. Even around holidays, we do everything we can to deliver your packages on time. However, please note that due to busy periods, it may sometimes take longer, so order in good time.
If you order on Friday after 9:00 PM, your order will usually be processed over the weekend and handed over to DHL on Sunday (with the evening pick-up). From that moment on, delivery depends on DHL and it is usually delivered on the next available delivery day.
Shipping costs are € 6.95 for orders in the Netherlands and Belgium. This contribution covers the costs for processing, packaging, and shipping your order.
Are you ordering for € 90 or more? Then we will cover the shipping costs, and your order will be shipped free of charge.
Once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to cancel it yourself. You can contact us via info@poederbaas.com; if it's still on time, we can still cancel your order. Otherwise, you can return the product to Poederbaas.
Yes, certainly. Returns are possible. On our returns page, you'll find the complete return procedure, including the steps for registering your return, how to pack the parcel, and what to keep in mind. Please follow those instructions carefully so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not yet have an exchange procedure. Do you want to receive the correct item as quickly as possible? Then it's best to order the correct size/color again immediately and return the other item. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount of the returned product.
We use different materials for the production of our beanies:
- Freeride Beanie. Our athletes’ favorite for long days in the mountains. Made from a soft, warm knitted acrylic blend that keeps its shape well.
- Park Beanie. Cool, slightly longer model for the park and everyday. Soft knitted acrylic blend for comfort and warmth.
- Checkerboard Beanie. Striking checkerboard pattern and a real eye-catcher. Knitted acrylic blend (some variants with extra warm lining).
- Arctic Beanie. Made for cold days and easy to match with your outfit. Warm knitted acrylic blend.
- Royal Rib Beanie. Clean rib-knit beanie with a comfy fit. Soft knitted acrylic blend.
- Classic Colorful Beanie (hand-knitted) Colorful statement beanie, hand-knitted. Acrylic-based knitted yarn: warm, soft, and strong.
- Fisherman Beanie. Shorter model, minimal and casual. Knitted acrylic blend for a sturdy, comfortable fit.
- Kids Beanie (Arctic Kids). Warm and comfy for little shredders. Soft knitted acrylic blend.
